⚠️ Please note:
Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged, torn, not operational, has non-working features, or fails to operate as advertised.
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
How to request a return:
Email info@mybodycure.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship your item to:
My Body Cure – Returns Dept.

We’ll inspect your item and process your refund or exchange.
Important:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Unapproved returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a replacement?
Follow the return steps above, and once approved, place a new order for your preferred product.
🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items
Check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
The item must still be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take longer to process.
If 15+ business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.
